The Salt Spring Forum is pleased and honoured to welcome Tanya Talaga.

One of Canada’s foremost thinkers Tanya Talaga was the 2018 CBC Massey Lecturer. In ‘All our Relations: Finding the Path Forward’, she charts the global genocide of Indigenous peoples and identifies ways to transcend that history.

Talaga is a long-time columnist and investigative journalist with the Toronto Star. Her work has been recognized with major awards including the RBC Taylor Prize and Shaughnessy Cohen Prize. She is of Anishinaabe and Polish descent.
