The Salt Spring Trail & Nature Club present Library volunteers Jenny & Nick Coghlan: The Arizona Trail – a 300 Mile Walk in the Desert.
Jenny & Nick, more accustomed to sailing than walking, hiked the first 300 miles of the Arizona Trail. In an illustrated talk, they will recount their encounters with Trail Angels, illegal migrants and hikers who were, on average, one third of their age. The big question: will they now go back and walk the remaining 400 miles to Utah?
